Midwest Pickleball Championship at EIU – Indoor Pickleball Tournament
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. Join us for Spring Break on the campus of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois for the Midwest PIckleball Championship tournament. Players are invited to register and play. – This is a great facility for an indoor Pickleball Tournament. 15 indoor climate controlled courts all under one roof.
Friday 3/15/2024: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. : Open play / practice (no charge); Pro exhibition matches; registered players and their guests are invited to attend. Pizza and potluck.
Saturday 3/16/2024 : 8 a.m.- 7 p.m.: All Ages (18+) doubles tournament based on skill level of higher ranked player (2.5-5.0+) – Women’s Doubles (early a.m.) and Men’s Doubles (starting around noon)
Sunday: 3/17/2024 8:00 a.m. – 7 p.m. – All Ages (18+) mixed doubles events based on skill level of higher ranked player (2.5-5.0+) ; Also a separate Mixed Doubles event for Age 70+ sorted by skill.
Monday: 3/18/2024: 8:00 a.m. – 7 p.m. – Everyone Age 60+ Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles
Early Registration: Everyone registered by 3/1/2024 will receive a tournament athletic moisture wicking shirt (similar material to dryfit) and will be entered for a drawing to have dinner with a Pro on either Friday or Saturday night.
