Warm July air. Long golden light. A table set in the barn and patio overlooking the farm.
Join us for an immersive five-course farm dinner designed to celebrate the peak of summer. We begin with abundant nibble boards for the table, move into a savory Paris Brest with prawns and fresh vegetables, refresh the palate with watermelon and mozzarella salad, and then present the star of the evening — smoked Cornish hen with sweet corn succotash. We’ll close with golden butter cake, vanilla custard, and grilled peaches kissed with rosemary.
