From there, shrimp bites with fresh guacamole wake up the palate, followed by a bright zucchini and arugula salad with Asiago and toasted almonds. The star of the evening? Chili-rubbed chicken with cool herb yogurt sauce and Mexican street corn — smoky, vibrant, and unmistakably summer. And because no one forgets dessert… individual strawberry shortcakes with Grand Marnier-kissed berries and vanilla bean ice cream bring the sweetest ending.
