Grilled Summer Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 med. zucchini cut into 1/4" slices
- 2 med. yellow squash cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 lb. white onion cut into coarse chunks
- 1 sm. pkg. Portobello mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
- 2 T. Italian oil and vinegar dressing
Instructions
- Prepare and combine all ingredients. Toss to mix. Best flavor is when cooked on a grill in a vegetable cooking basket. Stir frequently, don’t overcook.
