Honey Bee Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Beat together butter, brown sugar, honey and egg in medium bowl on medium speed.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • Using a spoon, drop cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set and light brown around the edges.
  • Let stand for 3-4 minutes before removing cookies from sheet.
