Honey Bee Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Beat together butter, brown sugar, honey and egg in medium bowl on medium speed.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Using a spoon, drop cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set and light brown around the edges.
- Let stand for 3-4 minutes before removing cookies from sheet.
