Lemon Brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8" pan. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Mix in softened butter. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs,1 T. lemon juice and zest of 1/2 lemon. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Combine powdered sugar, 1 T. lemon juice and zest from other half of lemon. Spread over cooled brownies.
