Asparagus Puff

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cut up cooked asparagus
  • 1 T. bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  • Mix asparagus, bread, milk and egg. Stir well. Add sugar and salt. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, about 40 minutes.
