Bean & Bacon Salad
Course Salad
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1-15 oz. can kidney beans drained
- 2 c. shredded cabbage or more if preferred
- 1/2 c. Celery diced
- 2 T. parsley finely chopped
- 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 c. onion finely chopped
DRESSING
- 1 T. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 T. sugar
Instructions
- Mix together all salad ingredients. Set aside.
- Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
- Pour over salad and toss lightly.
