Broccoli Squares

Ingredients
- 1 7.5 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 lg. onion finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly; spread in greased 9x13x2" baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 24 squares.
