Cabbage Pizza

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1 pound sausage browned and drained
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the shredded cabbage. Stir until the cabbage is wilted.
  • Top pizza crust with cabbage, sausage and cheese, in that order. Bake 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
