Chicken Tortellini Soup

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can corn undrained
  • 1 can carrots undrained
  • 1 small block Velveeta
  • 2-4 cooked chicken breasts shredded
  • 2-3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pkg three-cheese tortellini fresh, frozen or dried


  • Mix soup, corn, carrots and chicken broth and put in pot, then add cooked chicken. Add tortellini and cook for about 20 minutes, then cut up Velveeta into cubes and add to soup. Cook for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and pasta is cooked through. Serve.
