Finger licking good! This is not an original recipe. The recipe came Spring Mill State Park dining room in Indiana. The pastry chef shared the recipe. I served this cookie in the hospitality room at an antique car show in St. Charles, Missouri, in July 2014 and then at our Christmas party last January.
