Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 8-ounce container fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 3 15-ounce cans creamed corn
  • 3 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
  • 3 10-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Brown bacon, onion and fresh mushrooms in a large pot over medium heat, about 8 minutes.
  • Add the creamed corn, evaporated milk and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Simmer until thoroughly combined.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
