Turtles

Ingredients:
1 can Eagle Condensed milk
1 lb pecan halves
16 oz Chocolate Candy Coating
Directions:
Boil unopened can of milk 3 hrs making sure to keep can covered with water. Careful remove can from water set on counter overnight.
On foil or parchment paper lay pecan halves in rows about 2″ apart. Take new pecan half scoop out some of the hardened milk , lay on top of a pecan on the foil, pecan side up continue until you have several done.
Melt 3 or 4 of the chocolate cubes in a microwave safe bowl. Using a spoon or decorator bag pour melted chocolate over each pecan stack covering completely so that the pecan or hardened milk is not showing. cool candy remove from foil store in air tight bowl, might need to put foil or plastic wrap between layers. Better than store bought!!!!!!
