Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
2 C Fresh or Frozen Blackberries or Blueberries
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 C All Purpose Flour
3/4 C Sugar
1 ts Baking Powder
1/2 C Milk
3 TBS Margarine Melted
TOPPING
3/4 C Sugar
1 TB Cornstarch
1 C Boiling Water
Directions:
Toss Berries with Cinnamon and Lemon juice, place in greased 8″ X 8″ pan.
In bowl combine flour,sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk and butter. Spoon over berries. Combine sugar and corn starch, sprinkle over batter.
Slowly pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until
the cake tests done.
