HOMEMADE BAILEYS IRISH CREAM

Ingredients:
(1 cup) heavy cream or half & half
(14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1⅔ cup Irish whiskey I used Jameson
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, for 30 seconds or longer.
Transfer the Baileys Irish cream to a glass bottle, seal with a lid, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Makes 4 cups.
Shake well before use.
Enjoy this liqueur with ice, add a splash to your coffee, pour it over ice cream, use it for baking goods, or give it as a gift for holidays and special occasions.
