Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
2Tbsp. white corn syrup
2Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Whisk together the sugar, cocoa and flour. (I do this in my large Pampered Chef batter bowl). Add milk, corn syrup and butter. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 4 more minutes at 1 minute intervals, pausing microwave as needed to prevent it from boiling over. (6 minutes total). Add the vanilla and stir.
I pour into mason jars and let cool. This is very quick and simple and makes a great gift. Excellent over peppermint ice cream.
