Cinnamon Cut-Outs

Ingredients:

4 oz. (approx. 1 cup) ground cinnamon; 1 Tbsp. ground cloves; 1 Tbsp. nutmeg; 3/4 c. applesauce; 2 Tbsp. white glue.

Directions:

Mix spice in bowl. Add applesauce and glue. Work by hand for 2 minutes. Roll out thin. Carefully cut-out in Christmas shapes. Add a small hole to top of cut-out for ribbon. Place on cookie sheet and dry in open air for 2 days. These are for decoration and NOT to be eaten. Very pretty on Christmas tree or strung on a decorative Christmas ribbon and draped in window. (They smell good, too)
