Instructions
  1. Coat jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  2. Line pan with wax paper and spray.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  4. Beat eggs for 5 minutes, add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture.
  6. Pour in jelly roll pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Dust clean towel with powdered sugar and turn cake out on towel. Roll towel and cake from short end, cool.
  8. Unroll cake and spread with softened ice cream. Roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze 4 hours.
