- 1/2 cantaloupe rind removed
- 1 apple peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2-5 tablespoons honey according to taste
- 2-3 cups ice
- Into a blender, add everything except the ice. Blend until mixture is smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. A high-powered blender is recommended.
