Melon Smoothie

  • 1/2 cantaloupe rind removed
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2-5 tablespoons honey according to taste
  • 2-3 cups ice


  • Into a blender, add everything except the ice. Blend until mixture is smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. A high-powered blender is recommended.
