Overnight Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups buttermilk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let stand covered at room temperature overnight. Next morning, add 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 2 teaspoons hot water. Beat well and bake on hot griddle. Can add chopped apples, blueberries or any fruit.
