Stuffing Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk, then fold in the cooked stuffing and shredded cheese.
  • Preheat waffle iron and grease with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup of the stuffing mixture into the waffle iron, pressing gently to spread evenly.
  • Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4–6 minutes, depending on the waffle iron. Serve immediately.
  • Optional toppings include gravy, cranberry sauce, fried eggs or leftover turkey.

Notes

If you don’t want to wait for leftovers, prepare two boxes of stuffing mix according to the instructions on the package.
