Zippy Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian Sausage fried and drained
- 1 5.5 oz. croutons
- 1-1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 cup Pepperjack cheese shredded
- 8 eggs
- 1 pint half and half
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 Tablespoon dry minced onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a 9x13" baking dish, layer in following order: croutons, cheeses, sausage. Beat together half & half, eggs, milk and spices. Pour over the layered mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45-60 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit or juice.
