The World’s Best Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup salad oil, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup rice krispies, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 3 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add oil and mix well. Add oats ,rice krispies, nuts, and coconut, stirring well. Add flour, soda, and salt and mix all well.

Form into small balls the size of walnuts. Place on greased cookie sheet, flatten with a fork dipped in cold water. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing.
