Ice Box Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour,1/4 tsp baking soda, dash salt
1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla – add dry ingredients to this and mix. Mold into long log and chill. cut into slices 1/8″ thick. Bake 400 for 8 to 10 minutes
