Gluten Free MOnster Cookies


1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg, 1/2 G-free steel cut Oats. 2 and 1/4 cups G-free all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup M and Ms.


Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed. Stir in flour, baking soda, oats, baking powder and salt. Then add chocolate chips and M&Ms. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1-2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rock. Makes about 2 and 1/2 dozen.
