Monster Cookies
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs (room temp), 2 pounds brown sugar, 4 cups white sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 TBS white corn syrup, 1 pound softened margarine, 3 pounds peanut butter, 8 tsp baking soda, 42 oz quick oatmeal or 18 cups, 1 pound chocolate chips, 1 pound M&Ms, 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Do NOT overbake!
