Mint Cookies with Mini chocolate chips

Ingredients:

2 and 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup unsweetened, unflavored applesauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 2/4 stevia-baking blend, 2 eggs, 1 and 1/2 tsp mint extract, 6 ox bag of semi sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix flour, soda and salt, set aside. Cream butter, apple sauce, sugar and stevia. Once creamed add eggs and extract. When that is finished, add the flour, soda and salt a little at a time till completely mixed in. Add 6 ox bag of mini chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons about two inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from tray immediately.
