Chocolate Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies


2/3 cup butter softened, 1/2 cup canola oil, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 pkg (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding, 3 Tbs water, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 pkg (12 oz) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips


Beat the butter, oil and sugars in a large bowl until blended. Beat in eggs. Beat in pudding mix and water. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the chocolate chips and mix well. The dough will be stiff. Roll into one inch balls. Bake two inches apart at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Cool 2 minutes.
