Potato Chip Clusters


9 squares (1 ounce each) white baking chocolate – NOT WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 cups crushed potato chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans


In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 15 second intervals. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set.

Yield: about 3 dozen

Such an easy, no-fuss candy at the busiest time of the year. It’s also a great way to use up all the potato chip crumbles that are left at the bottom of the bag. When we finish a bag of chips, I put all the crumbles in the freezer until I am ready to use them.
