Easy ‘Never Fail’ Milk Chocolate Fudge – 5lbs.


4 1/2 c sugar; 1 13oz Milnot evaporated milk; 1/2 lb Butter; 1 T Vanilla
2 c chop Marshmallows (12 big ones chopped)
12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
2 c chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans – optional


Grease 9X12 pan for thick squares or sheet cake pan for thinner squares, Chop the 12 marshmallows and open bag of chips.
Bring the first 4 ingredients to a full boil, lower heat to medium, boil exactly 11 minutes
Remove from stove whip in chips and marshmallows until all melted; add nuts and pour into prepared pan, Cool 1 hours, slice and store in cool place.

NOTE: recipe is from the 1960’s. Milnot and Chips no longer come in size stated. It will work with lesser amounts, but better if you use the original amount, so buy 2 cans of Milnot and 2 bags of milk chocolate chips.
