Red Velvet Cake Balls

Ingredients:

Red Velvet boxed cake Mix
1 cup vanilla frosting (bought premade)
6 blocks white vanilla Almond Bark

Directions:

Bake cake per box instructions. Cool to touch. When cooled, crumble cake into pieces and mix with the 1 cup vanilla frosting. Shape into 1″ balls. Place cake balls onto wax paper lined baking sheet. Place sheet in freezer for about 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile melt
white vanilla almond bark in microwave safe bowl, for 1 minute intervals until melted and you’re able to stir smooth. Take red velvet
cake balls from freezer and dip into melted almond bark. Place back on wax paper lined baking sheet. Let set. You can place in
refrigerator to speed up the process. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. These freeze well if you want to make ahead of
time; just thaw before serving. Makes 60-65 cake balls.
I make these every year at Christmas time. They are great for the Christmas dinner table, and to use in gift baskets for neighbors.
