Snickers Fudge


2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
4 T. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/4 c. heavy cream


1st Layer:
Melt the following in saucepan, 1 c. milk chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butterscotch chips and 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter.
Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate until set.

2nd Layer:
Melt 4 T. butter, then add 1 c. sugar and 1/4 c. evaporated milk and bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and quickly add 7 oz. marshmallow creme, 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts. Pour into pan and refrigerate until set.

3rd Layer:
Melt 14 oz. pkg. caramels and 1/4 c. heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Pour into pan and refrigerate until set,

4th Layer:
Repeat 1 Layer. Pour into pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. before cutting.

This is a family favorite. It tastes like a Snickers candy bar.
