2015 Recipe Contest Submissions

4 Chip Fudge


1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz milk chocolate chips
10 oz peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tbs milk
1 small container marshmallow fluff
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 tbs vanilla


Melt butter in large pan. When butter is melted, add the next 5 ingredients. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add the rest: vanilla, butterscotch chips, and fluff. Stir until incorporated. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate.
