Sour Cream Fudge


2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup sour cream
1- 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Cream
12 oz. Almond Bark (broken in small pieces)
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup craisins


Combine sugar, sour cream and margarine. Bring to a rolling boil, boil 7 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in almond bark until melted, then add all other ingredients. Pour into greased 8 or 9″ square pan. Cool then cut and enjoy!

This fudge has a very unique taste, the craisins adding a bit of tartness so that it isn’t overly sweet.
