Peanut Butter Candy


2 lbs. white candy coating bark
18 oz chunky peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. Mini marshmallows


Melt candy bark. Stir in peanut butter, Rice Krispies, and marshmallows.
Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let harden and pack in airtight containers.
Can be sprinkled with red and green sprinkles after dropping onto to waxed paper.

This a favorite since 1979. I always include it on Christmas cookie gift plates. It makes a nice contrast to the traditional cookies.
It’s also extra easy to prepare since it requires no candy thermometer.
