Coconut Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 can condensed milk
3 c. coconut
4 c. Chopped pecans
2 lbs. chocolate
1/4 bar paraffin wax
Directions:
Cream butter then mix after each of the next 4 ingredients are added individually.
Cover & place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Roll into balls & freeze overnight.
Melt chocolate & 1/4 bar of paraffin wax in double boiler until melted.
Dip balls with candy dipper & place on wax paper or parchment paper to dry.
Makes 70-100 balls depending on size
