Top Hats

Ingredients:

1 14 oz package caramels
1/4 c heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped pecans
6 oz milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix caramels, and cream in microwave safe bowl. Melt in 1 minute increments, stirring btwn each minute, until melted. Add pecans, and mix well. Drop on parchment paper by teaspoons. Let stand for 1 hour, until firm. Place chips in microwave safe bowl, melt in microwave in 30 second increments, until melted. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon over each clusters. Let sit until firm.
