Nestle Toll House Famous Fudge


1. 1 1/2 cups sugar
2. 2/3 cup evaporated milk
3. 2 tablespoons butter
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 2 cups mini marshmallows
6. 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels (or any flavor you like – peanut butter – white chocolate etc)
7. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Line an 8 inch square baking dish with foil

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt to a full rolling boil. Boil, stir constantly for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows (and nuts if wanted). Stir till marshmallows are are completely melted. Pour into pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (till firm). Lift from pan and remove foil. Cut into 48pcs.
