This is an 100+ year old recipe that has been passed down for generations. The paraffin gives them a beautiful shiny presentation. My good friends and I have been making these for nearly 20 years at our annual holiday baking day. They are delicious, and I often place them in festive containers to give as gifts. Recipients always request the recipe!
