White Chocolate Christmas Fudge

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces white baking chocolate
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add melted white baking chocolate. Stir well. Add pecans, stir, and spread into a buttered 8×8-inch pan. Chill at least 3 hours before cutting.
