Almond Crunch Candy


2 pounds almond bark (vanilla)
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups Captain Crunch Peanut Butter cereal
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3 cups dry roasted peanuts (1 jar)


Measure out all the dry ingredients before melting the almond bark.
Melt the almond bark. Note: Almond bark can scorch easily. It is best to
melt it in a double boiler pot (water in the bottom pot and bark in the top
pot OR you can melt it in the microwave but you have to check it and stir
it often).
Once the bark is melted, stir in the dry ingredients. Quickly drop by
spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool.
