NUTTY CHOCOLATE GOODIES
Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding
1 cup margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
2 cups peanuts, chopped
1 cup peanut butter
1 squares unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
Melt 1 cup of both chips, unsweetened chocolate and peanut butter over medium heat. Spread mixture in a foil lined
10 x 15 pan. Place in freezer and freeze until firm. In saucepan, over medium heat, mix together milk, margarine and instant vanilla pudding. Bring to a boil
and boil for½ minute. Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Cool and pour on frozen base. Melt remaining ingredients together and spread peanut filling over top of pudding mixture. Refrigerate or freeze until firm. Cut and enjoy!
