Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1/3 c butter (softened)
1/2 c light corn syrup
3/4 c peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla1 pound powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix butter; corn syrup; peanut butter; salt and vanilla until creatmy. Stir in powdered sugar and turn onto cutting board. Knead with hands and blended and smooth. Place into greased 8×8 pan and press fudge out with hands. Cut into small pieces after chilling for 1 hour.
