2015 Recipe Contest Submissions

CARAMELS

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butter
1 cup white syrup
CARAMELS
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed mile
1 teaspoon carmel flavoring
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Melt butter, syrup, condensed milk and flavoring and stir
then add: 2 cups powdered sugar ( a cup at a time)
stir until sugar is dissolved then stir over med heat until mixture
comes to a real good boil; usually about 20 minutes.
pour into buttered 9 X 13 inch pan and let set.
cut into squares and wrap each piece into small squares of wax paper.
