ENGLISH TOFFEE BARK
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
½ # butter [not Margarine]
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp vanilla
3 plain Hershey Bars
¾ cup chopped pecan
Directions:
1 cup sugar [In a heavy skillet/saucepan]
½ # butter [not Margarine]
3 tbsp H20
Boil ten minutes stirring constantly
Add 1 tbsp vanilla and stir
Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet
Put 3 plain Hershey Bars on top while hot
Spread evenly and cover with¾ cup chopped pecan
Gently press into chocolate with wax paper while warm
Cool slowly and break into pieces
