2015 Recipe Contest Submissions

MARSHMALLOW CREME FUDGE

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar
1 12oz .pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups marshmallow creme
l tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter or margarine

Directions:

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Cook to medium
soft ball stage (236 F.} stirring frequently. Remove
from heat. Then immediately add marshmallow creme, nuts,
chocolate chips & vanilla. Stir until all are melted.
Pour into a buttered 9xl3 pan. Let cool before cutting.
