Orange Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken breast with it.
- In a skillet, heat oil on medium and brown chicken, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Spread marmalade on top of chicken and sprinkle with nutmeg. Add orange juice and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
