Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c. blueberries canned
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4. c. shortening
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. soft butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease 9x13" dish.
- Blend all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries and topping ingredients.
- Carefully stir two cups of well-drained blueberries into batter. Spread in dish.
- Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 45-50 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
