- 1 lb. ground sausage browned and drained
- 8 eggs, beaten with 1/4 C. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 C. frozen hash browns crumbled
- 2 T. Parmesan cheese
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Spread crescent rolls in a 13x9-inch casserole dish.
- Layer ground sausage, hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, egg mixture and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
